TopCat Radio is a none profit, independent cultural association and internet radio broadcaster, based in Tortosa, Cataluña, Spain.

Originally founded by Norman Jay, who a singer from the UK and formalised with business partners Chris Garton and Paul Mitchell, as a professional entertainment, educational and community hub for local people who have an interest in English language and culture but also broadcast music and talk shows around the world.

Our aim is to provide platforms for entertainment, community involvement, information source and support those in need from all groups of society.
